The Trans-Human Olympic Games of 2050 will take what we call the “human kind potential” to a whole new level.
Enhancement of the human body with the most advanced technologies, might determine who would win the new olympic record.
Watch the T.H.O games to see how far humanity can push it’s limits

This project is the next step in the development of a transhuman world. My work was to provide a visual language that speaks to futuristic developments, centered around a poster for the 2050 Transhuman Olympic Games.

I chose to make the logo as an optional reference to the existing Olympic logo, hence the choice of circles. The design approach was to subtract material in order to create something new, like what the transhuman foot designer did in the project itself. Therefore, I created negative space between the circles, revealing an additional circle. A game of presence and absence.

The image for the poster was a render of a foot that was created in collaboration with Afik Schreiber. The references I went to are from the worlds of footwear, like Nike, and from the worlds of coding and computing.
In the end, I subtracted parts of the foot model, but I still placed it in a way that grabs attention, but I relied on typographic movements and layouts that play with balance.
